Please read these terms in full before completing your booking.
All payments toward Fall Private Retreat Days — including the pay-in-full option ($4,250) and any installment within the 3-payment plan ($750 + 2 × $2,000) — are non-refundable, in full or in part, for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruption, family emergency, or any other personal circumstance.
Your retreat dates are reserved upon receipt of the first payment ($4,250 pay-in-full, or $750 first installment). You will receive written confirmation of your booked dates within 24 hours of payment. Until confirmation is received in writing, your dates are not guaranteed.
The 3-payment plan totals $4,750 and consists of: a $750 first payment due at booking, a $2,000 second payment due 30 days after booking, and a $2,000 third payment due 60 days after booking. Full balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your retreat date. Failure to remit any installment on schedule may result in forfeiture of the retreat without refund of payments already made.
Your booking is non-transferable to other individuals. The retreat is designed, channeled, and customized specifically for you based on your pre-retreat intake.
Failure to attend your booked retreat without prior written notice forfeits all payments and your reservation. No make-up dates will be offered.
In the unlikely event that your retreat must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Mariana Cooper's reasonable control — including but not limited to illness, force majeure, natural disaster, or government restriction — a credit will be issued toward a future available retreat date. No cash refund will be provided.
Day-two experiences (healers, aura photography, meditation gardens, crystal bowl healings, equine healing, and similar) are optional and incur additional costs based on the provider and what is chosen. These are arranged collaboratively during your pre-retreat intake. Pricing for these add-ons is separate from the retreat fee and will be communicated to you in advance.
Travel to and from La Jolla, California, and accommodation during your retreat, are the responsibility of the retreat participant. Mariana Cooper / High Frequency Living is not responsible for travel, lodging, or any expense outside the retreat fee itself.
What is shared during your retreat is held in confidence. You agree to honor the same confidentiality regarding any private content shared by Mariana Cooper during the retreat. Public-facing material (photos used with permission, testimonials given) is the only exception.
Fall Private Retreat Days are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Mariana Cooper is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. The retreat is an educational, spiritual, and energetic experience. If you have an existing medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your provider before booking. By booking, you affirm that you are physically and mentally well enough to participate in retreat activities.
By completing payment for your retreat — pay-in-full or any installment within the 3-payment plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
